आ...

'O Re Nasseba' is beautiful song with one massage. When you read the title of the song you come to know that title itself suggests that why our 'Nasseba' is not good as girl? Why every time girls has to pay the price? Why every time some bad incidents happens with girls like Sexual harassment? I know you have no answers for this question. We have to change it and We have to fight for our right. O Re Naseeba totally stands out. The lyrics of the song quite touches my heart itself. The song is sung by the melodious singer Monali Thakur who has not only added the quintessential emotions but also strength to the lyrics. O Re Naseeba's song depicts the feelings and trauma a woman goes through in different phases of her life.

In the song, there are instances of girls who are battling sexual harassment. The song tell us three different stories.

1. Friendship
2. Relationship between Uncle - Daughter or Father- Daughter
3. Job - girls value

We can find many real incidents. Many writers highlight this real incident in their work like in "The Bluest Eye" by Toni Morrison, the rape done by her own father.

When you watch the video you comes to know that the sexual harassment which is happening with three girls are Done by their friends, by their Relatives or by their boss.  In the song we can find certain emotions like anger, sadness and much more. It also does shout loudly upon the sad reality of sexual harassment.

Talking about the song, Monali Thakur said,
"Every time I come across a headline of atrocity on women, it literally wrenches my gut. The irony is in most of these cases the culprit is a close relative or friend or an acquaintance of the woman. You lose faith in your closest group of people and question your destiny. However, O Re Naseeba highlights that after every night there is a new dawn. Karma catches up to the wrong-doers as well. They get all the punishment they deserve. Sometimes it is the law and order system of our country and sometimes it is the justice of God. I just want women to speak out against any sort of abuse or sexual harassment."

I totally agree with her worlds. As T. S Eliot aslo highlight sexual perversion in his one of the best poem 'The Waste Land'. Eliot represent the true world in his poem.

On the other words, Krishika Lulla, the director of O Re Naseeba told that,

"I was appalled reading about Nirbhaya back in 2012. Then as women stood up for themselves across the globe and movements like #TimesUp and #MeToo caught momentum, I wanted Indian women to feel empowered too."

I must say that, Lyrics of the song written by Sanjeev Chaturvedi have a huge depth of meaning. In the end of the video, the song showcases how these girls rebelled and finally the criminals paid the price for their actions. The song receiving much appreciation and I are absolutely in love with the song.

In our country, there are many kabir singh and this song prove this.
